According to customer’s different requirements, there are four options for double-heating chamber flat tempered furnace (the above data are the calculation data of the first double-heating chamber) :
1. Radiation heating chamber (the first) + radiation heating chamber (the second).
Effect: Compared with the traditional single radiation heating chamber, the output is 1.3-1.4 times of the original under 1.5 times of heating energy consumption.
2. Upper forced convection heating chamber (the first) + radiation heating chamber (the second).
Effect: 1.4 times the heating energy consumption compared to a conventional toughening furnace with a radiation heating chamber.
3. Upper forced convection heating chamber (the first) + upper forced convection heating chamber (the second).
Effect: Compared with a traditional radiation-heating furnace, the output is 1.4-1.5 times of the original heating energy consumption.
4.Full convection heating chamber (the first) + upper convection heating chamber (the second).
Effect: Compared with a traditional tempering furnace with a radiation heating chamber, the output is 1.8-1.9 times of the original at twice the heating energy consumption.
